Membership
Before you become a member of Heidi Go Seek you must read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Heidi Go Seek services are available to only individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under 18 can use the service in conjunction with the supervision of a parent/legal guardian. In which case the parent/legal guardian is the user, and responsible for all activities.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online trading conduct. You are responsible for all taxes, in addition you must abide by Heidi Go Seek’s policies as stated in the agreement.

Password: Keep your password secure do not allow any one to know your password. You are responsible for all activities under your account, liability and damages. You agree to immediately notify Heidi Go Seek if there is any unauthorized use or password breach of security. Also you agree Heidi Go Seek is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep a secure password.
Right to refuse service: Heidi Go Seek reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time in Heidi Go Seek’s sole discretion.

Prohibited, questionable and infringing items and activities
You are solely responsible for your conduct and activities on and regarding to Heidi Go Seek.
Restricted Activities: Your use of Heidi Go Seek will not:

License: Heidi Go Seek does not claim ownership rights of the content. The designer grants Heidi Go Seek the license solely to use the information and content you supply, so that Heidi Go Seek is not violating any rights. You grant Heidi Go Seek  a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable right to exercise the copyright, publicity and data base rights you have in the content. In any media no known or not currently known, with respect to your content. You allow Heidi Go Seek to display/re-format your content as chooses. Heidi Go Seek will only use personal information for that transaction or for Heidi Go Seek related communications.

If you choose to display your own Heidi Go Seek-hosted image on another website, the image must provide a link back to its listing on Heidi Go Seek.

Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are Australian sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. We continually update our online store. From time to time our retail stores may run special local promotions (which may not be available on our web-site) or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in the retail stores. Some website promotions may not be available to customers in particular jurisdictions.

Heidi Go Seek does not supervise or control communications, user-initiated online or offline communication between designers and consumers and asks users to exercise caution and good judgment during all communications.

Purchase of Products
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button. Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
• The product ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
• The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Disputes in the first instance may be arbitrated by the directors of Heidi Go Seek and the supplier, or a representative of the supplier.

Heidi Go Seek and other graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are registered trademark to Heidi Go Seek and cannot be used in any manner likely to cause confusion.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Heidi Go Seek and subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and directors harmless from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorney fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement.

Heidi Go Seek Service
Heidi Go Seek reserves the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice. Heidi Go Seek reserves the right to alter theses terms of use or other site policies at any time. If the changes constitute a material change to the terms of use, Heidi Go Seek will notify you via email to the email address in your account. A material change will be determined at Heidi Go Seeks sole discretion, in good faith using common sense and judgment.

Further information for overseas customers: 
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside Australia will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

Delivery
Nominated day delivery: We aim to deliver all Australian nominated express post orders on the day you specify. Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 4pm Monday - Friday, or before 2pm on Sunday (EST).

Standard delivery: We aim to deliver all Australian standard orders in 2-4 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.

We currently only offer standard delivery to all countries outside of Australia. Unfortunately nominated day delivery is not available internationally at this time. Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for standard deliveries.

Having trouble finding your order?
We will check your order number for you and inform you of the tracking number, for further enquiries if needed. Email us at info@heidigoseek.com.au with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number. Please allow 5 working days before querying your order.

Returns
We guarantee to exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode and accompanying tags intact.

All refunds and exchange must be first in writing to info@heidigoseek.com.au with the item name/code and size.
